Industrial Estate of Manacor
In Manacor we have a plot of land for the sports equipment of the Industrial Estate of Manacor, developed entirely by GESTUR BALEAR.
The sports equipment has access by the street Ferrers and by the service road of the road of Palma (Ma 15).
The Development was received by Manacor Town Council.

To the west of Manacor town.

Accesses
From the feeder roundabout between the Palma-Capdepera road (Ma-15) and the Manacor north ringroad. Also from the services road in the Manacor direction from the Ma-15 road and along the "Camí de Ses Pedreres" local road directly from Manacor.

Services
It has all utilities available in the public roadway outside the plot: drinking water, sewer pipe, drainage, low voltage, possibility of medium voltage, telephony and street lighting. All the infrastructural networks have been transferred to the utility companies or, as appropriate, Manacor Town Council.
