Industrial Estate of Felanitx
Situated in Son Colom, next to Felanitx town, between the Palma – Campos – Felanitx roads (Ma 5120) and the start of the ring road, it is crossed by the local roads to Son Negre and to Santueri. The Municipal multi-sports centre is situated nearby. It has an area of greenery of 16,803 m2 with gardens, children's playground and open-air gymnastics facilities. It also has sporting, shopping and social amenities.
All the available plots are for isolated structure. Development received by Felanitx Town Council.

Accesses
From the roundabout where the Ring Road begins at the end of the Palma – Campos – Felanitx road (Ma 5120). Shortly it will also have another access from "Carrer d'en Pelat" road connecting more directly with the town and with the road to Santanyí (Ma 14).

It has all utilities available in the public roadway outside the plot: drinking water, sewer pipe, drainage, low voltage, possibility of medium voltage, telephony and street lighting. All the infrastructural networks have been transferred to the utility companies or, as appropriate, Felanitx Town Council.
